Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced Project Manager with a strong background in standalone commercial project development. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in managing all phases of commercial construction projects, from initial planning through completion. This role requires expertise in vendor finalization, project coordination, and a deep understanding of construction drawings and specifications.
Key Responsibilities:
- Project Planning and Execution: Oversee the entire lifecycle of commercial construction projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within scope, and within budget.
- Vendor Management: Identify, evaluate, and finalize vendors and subcontractors, ensuring all contractual obligations are met and quality standards are upheld.
- Drawing Analysis: Study and interpret architectural and engineering drawings to guide project execution and ensure compliance with all design specifications and regulations.
- Budget Management: Develop and manage project budgets, track expenses, and ensure cost-effective solutions without compromising quality.
- Team Coordination: Lead project teams, including architects, engineers, contractors, and other stakeholders, to ensure seamless project delivery.
- Quality Assurance: Implement quality control procedures to ensure the highest standards of construction and project delivery.
- Risk Management: Identify potential project risks and develop mitigation strategies to ensure project success.
- Communication: Maintain clear and consistent communication with clients, stakeholders, and team members throughout the project lifecycle.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Architecture, Engineering, or a related field.
- Proven experience in managing standalone commercial projects.
