JOB TITLE : Real Estate Consultant
LOCATION : Grugram Sector : 74A, Haryana
SALARY : 20k-50k (based on experience) + incentive
ROLE DESCRIPTION :
This is a full-time on-site role for a Real Estate Consultant located in Gurugram.
The Real Estate Consultant will be responsible for determining clients needs and financial abilities to propose suitable real estate solutions.
This includes providing expert advice and guidance to clients in buying, selling, or renting properties
REQUIRMENT :
Bachelor's degree in any field (preferred).
Proven a minimum 1 year of experience in real estate sales, consulting, or a related role.
Strong understanding of local real estate markets, industry trends, and legal requirements.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
Proficiency in real estate software and CRM tools.
High level of professionalism, integrity, and ethical conduct.
Flexibility to work irregular hours, including evenings and weekends, to accommodateclient schedules.
Valid driver's license and access to reliable transportation for property visits and meetings.
