We are urgently hiring candidate for the role of Team leader at our leading Real Estate Company at Panvel, Navi Mumbai Location

Exp-4 Years in Team handling in Closing (Real estate sales)

Key Responsibilities:

1. Lead, mentor, and supervise the closing team, ensuring that tasks are distributed effectively and completed within designated timeframes.

2. Provide ongoing training, support, and guidance to team members to ensure productivity, accuracy, and compliance with closing procedures.

3. Set clear performance expectations and goals for the team, conduct regular performance evaluations, and offer constructive feedback.

4. Oversee the real estate closing process for both residential and commercial transactions from contract signing to final closing.

5. Ensure all necessary documents (title, contracts, loan documents, insurance, etc.) are accurately prepared, signed, and distributed to all relevant parties.

6. Collaborate with title companies, escrow officers, lenders, attorneys, and real estate agents to ensure the smooth and timely completion of all closings.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: 80,000.00 - 100,000.00 per month
