Experience - 15+ years in BFSI industry with Real Estate and Procurement experience.

Job Role -

Oversees and directs the implementation of big, intricate enterprise-level branch infrastructure initiatives, making sure that the project's timeline, scope, and budget are followed.

Uses a high level of knowledge and experience in blending traditional project management principles and practices in the right proportions to fit large, complex, mission-critical, enterprise-level projects and with the appropriate level of planning and provide the right balance of agility and predictability.

Plays a consultative role to help put in place the appropriate people, process, and tools and coaches team members as needed to optimise the efficiency of the project team.

Work together with cross-functional teams to guarantee smooth project execution, such as IT Operations and Facilities.

Organises and leads project status and working meetings; creates and distributes progress reports; manages risks and issues; corrects plan deviations; and prepares delivery for assigned projects.

Defines project scope and schedule with an emphasis on regular and timely delivery of value.

Encourages a sustainable pace with high standards of quality for the team and makes ensuring that every member is fully involved in the project and contributing meaningfully. gives the company leaders and the architect a design brief so they can work together to maximise the office space's efficiency.
