We are seeking a Real Estate Agent with 2-12 years of experience to join our team. The ideal candidate should have a strong knowledge of the real estate market in India and be able to effectively communicate with clients in both English and Hindi.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain a client database
• Show properties to potential buyers or renters
• Negotiate and close deals on behalf of clients
• Prepare and submit offers and counteroffers
• Stay up-to-date with the local real estate market
• Coordinate with other agents, brokers, and lenders
• Provide exceptional customer service to clients

Skills and Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Real Estate or related field
• 2-12 years of experience as a Real Estate Agent
• Strong knowledge of the local real estate market in India
• Excellent communication skills in both English and Hindi
• Proven track record of successful deals
• Ability to work independently and in a team
• Excellent negotiation and closing skills
• Strong customer service skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM software
