Role Description

This is a full-time role as a Real Estate Agent at Seed Realty Private Limited. As a Real Estate Agent, you will be responsible for facilitating property transactions, assisting clients with buying, selling, and renting properties, conducting property showings, negotiating deals, and providing excellent customer service. This is an on-site role located in SOUTH MUMBAI & WADALA MARKET

Qualifications

• Real Estate License and knowledge of real estate laws and regulations
• Strong customer service skills and ability to build and maintain client relationships
• Experience in real estate sales and property management
• Knowledge of real property and market trends
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills
• Attention to detail and ability to handle multiple tasks
• Proficiency in using real estate software and technology
• Additional language skills, such as fluency in Hindi or Marathi, are beneficial
