The Role

  • Engage with clients exclusively sourced through FazWaz's robust platform or via professional referrals, eliminating the need for independent prospecting.
  • Establish and maintain rapport with potential buyers, providing expert guidance throughout the property acquisition process.
  • Develop and nurture relationships with property owners, offering your insight and services for the sale or rental of their properties.
  • Utilize our bespoke digital and mobile solutions to stay abreast of market trends and efficiently manage transactions and client portfolios.

What we're looking for

  • Thai Nationality
  • Proficiency in English
  • Demonstrable success in real estate sales, particularly within the Ko Samui market is preferred
  • A track record of delivering superior client service is preferred.
  • Proven ability to cultivate and maintain professional client relationships is preferred.
  • Proficiency in using modern technology and CRM systems for sales and client management is preferred.
