Role Description

The field surveyor will be responsible for conducting comprehensive surveyors within the Delhi NCR region.

This role involves gathering detailed data on occupants of various commercial buildings who can be our potential clients.

Conduct Field Surveys

Data Collection and Analysis

Maintain precise records of survey results and ensure the confidentiality of sensitive information.

• Qualifications and skills

• Education:

Graduate bachelor's degree

• Experience:

Minimum of 2-5 years of experience in land and property surveying with a focus on commercial real estate co-working spaces.

• Physical Requirements:

Ability to work outdoors in various conditions.

Capability to travel to different sites as required.

Should have own vehicle.

• Qualifications

Experience in conducting surveys and assessments

• Attention to detail

Strong communication and interpersonal skills

• Ability to work independently and in a team

Knowledge of the Co-Working industry

• Proficiency in using survey tools and software

Experience in real estate or facilities management is a plus

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field
