Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role as a Real Estate Agent at Kaycomm Reality in Pune. As a Real Estate Agent, you will be responsible for assisting clients in buying, selling, and renting properties. You will conduct market research, evaluate properties, negotiate contracts, and provide expert guidance to clients throughout the entire transaction process.
Qualifications
- Strong knowledge of the local real estate market in Pune
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to build and maintain relationships with clients
- Knowledge of property laws, regulations, and procedures
- Proficiency in using real estate software and tools
- Strong negotiation and problem-solving skills
- Attention to detail and strong organizational skills
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Real Estate, or a related field
- Previous experience in real estate or sales is preferred
- Valid real estate license
