Job Overview
We are looking for a highly experienced Senior ReactJS Developer to join our Client ( Client Payroll - MNC ) team in Bangalore on a full-time, hybrid basis. The successful candidate will have a minimum of 7 years and a maximum of 10 years of relevant work experience. This position requires in-depth expertise in ReactJS and associated technologies to craft seamless user experiences.
Qualifications And Skills
- Proven experience of 7 to 10 years in frontend development with a strong focus on ReactJS development.
- Must have proficiency in ReactJS (Mandatory skill), along with in-depth knowledge of Redux to manage application state effectively.
- Strong understanding and demonstrated experience with Jest (Mandatory skill) for testing purposes to ensure robust application quality.
- Solid expertise in JavaScript, including familiarity with ECMAScript 6+ standards for modern JavaScript development.
- Proficiency in TypeScript with the ability to develop type-safe applications and enhance code quality.
- Comprehensive knowledge of HTML and CSS, enabling the creation of well-structured and visually appealing web interfaces.
- Experience in writing clean and maintainable code using best practices for code organization and development processes.
- Ability to work in a collaborative development environment, contributing to team workshops and code reviews for mutual growth.
Roles And Responsibilities
- Develop and optimize user interfaces using ReactJS to ensure seamless user experiences across devices.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design, develop, and implement new features and enhancements.
- Maintain and manage application state using Redux to ensure data consistency and application performance.
