ReactJS Developer (Fintech Domain)

We are seeking an experienced ReactJS Developer to join our dynamic team.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in frontend development with a experience on Next.js framework, RESTful API design, and fintech applications.
The ideal candidate should have a solid understanding of ReactJS, front-end development best practices, and experience in building high-performance web applications. You will be responsible for developing and maintaining our web applications, ensuring they are scalable, optimized, and provide an excellent user experience.
Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain responsive web applications using ReactJS and Next.js.
- Implement and optimize complex UI components to enhance user interactions.
- Collaborate with backend developers, designers, and product managers to deliver seamless front-end integrations.
- Optimize applications for maximum speed and scalability.
- Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code following industry standards.
- Manage state and side-effects using Redux, MobX or React Context API.
- RESTful APIs and asynchronous request handling.
- Implement server-side rendering (SSR) and static site generation (SSG) using Next.js.
- Utilize Next.js routing, API routes, and custom configurations for efficient navigation and data handling.
- Debug and resolve technical issues across various browsers and devices.
- Stay updated with the latest industry trends and technologies to ensure the use of modern development practices
Qualifications
- Proven experience of 3+ Year as a ReactJS Developer, preferably in the fintech domain.
- Strong proficiency in ReactJS and Next.js.
- Proficiency in JavaScript (ES6+), HTML, and CSS.
- Experience with state management libraries such as Redux, Redux Toolkit, or React Context API.
- In-depth knowledge of Encryption, Authentication, and Authorization techniques.
- Understanding of SSR and SSG using Next.js.
- Familiarity with RESTful APIs and integrating with backend services.
- Experience with version control systems like Git.
- Knowledge of front-end build tools and package managers (Webpack, Babel, npm/yarn).
- Proficiency in modern UI/UX practices and responsive design principles.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Experience with performance monitoring and debugging tools such as Lighthouse, Webpack, or Next.js profiling tools.
- Familiarity with front-end testing frameworks like Jest, React Testing Library, or Cypress.
You Will Highly Preferred If You Have Following
- Familiarity with design tools such as Figma.
Prior experience working in an Agile/Scrum development environment.
