Responsibilities
- Technical Leadership:
- Provide technical leadership and guidance to a team of React Native developers.
- Architect and lead the development of mobile applications using ReactNative.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define project requirements andspecifications.
- Development:
- Hands-on coding and development using React Native.
- Ensure the quality, performance, and responsiveness of applications.
- Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues.
- Team Management:
- Lead, mentor, and motivate a team of React Native developers.
- Conduct code reviews and ensure coding standards are followed.
- Facilitate knowledge sharing and cross-functional collaboration within the team.
- Project Management:
- Collaborate with product managers and other stakeholders to define project timelines and deliverables.
- Provide regular updates on project status, milestones, and potential risks.
- Contribute to project planning and resource allocation.
- Innovation and Best Practices:
- Stay updated on the latest trends and best practices in mobile application development.
- Introduce and implement new technologies and tools to improve development efficiency.
- Quality Assurance:
- Implement and enforce quality assurance processes to ensure the delivery of high-quality software.
- Conduct and participate in testing activities, including unit testing and integration testing.
- Documentation:
- Create and maintain technical documentation for the development team.
- Ensure that documentation is up-to-date and accessible to all team members.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a relatedfield.
- Proven experience as a React Native developer with a strong portfolio of mobile applications.
- Previous experience in a leadership or lead developer role.
- Expertise in React Native development and JavaScript.
- Strong understanding of mobile app architecture and design patterns.
- Familiarity with native build tools, like XCode and Android Studio.
- Knowledge of state management libraries (e.g., Redux).
- Strong leadership and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to motivate and guide a team to meet project goals.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams.
