Job Description:
We are looking for a skilled and experiencedReact Native Leadto spearhead our mobile development team. The ideal candidate will have over 7 years of software development experience and a strong background in React Native, with leadership capabilities to manage a team of developers and deliver high-quality mobile applications.
Responsibilities:
- Lead the development of mobile applications for iOS and Android using React Native.
- Mentor and guide a team of developers, ensuring the application of best practices in coding and architecture.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product managers and designers, to define app features and requirements.
- Translate designs and wireframes into high-quality, responsive mobile applications.
- Ensure the performance, quality, and responsiveness of the mobile applications.
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues by debugging and optimizing code for performance.
- Stay updated with the latest industry trends, tools, and technologies to keep the mobile stack cutting-edge.
- Implement and maintain CI/CD pipelines for mobile app deployment.
- Manage the entire lifecycle of app development, from planning and design to deployment and post-launch support.
- Ensure code integrity, security, and scalability in all mobile solutions.
Requirements:
- 5+ years of overall experience in software development, with at least 3-4 years working specifically with React Native.
- Strong proficiency in JavaScript and TypeScript.
- Proven track record of successfully leading React Native projects for both iOS and Android platforms.
- Deep understanding of React Native, ReactJS, and the mobile development ecosystem.
- Familiarity with native development (Objective-C, Swift, or Java) is a plus.
- Experience working with RESTful APIs and integrating third-party libraries.
- Strong knowledge of state management frameworks such as Redux or Flux.
- Familiarity with code versioning tools like Git.
- Experience in Agile/Scrum methodologies.
- Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive attitude toward challenges.
