Key Responsibilities
Full Stack Development: Design, develop, and maintain scalable web applications using React on the frontend and Node.js on the backend.
Cloud Infrastructure: Utilize AWS services (EC2, S3, Lambda, API Gateway, RDS, etc.) to build and deploy highly available, secure, and efficient cloud-native applications.
Mentorship: Lead, mentor, and review code for junior and mid-level developers, fostering a collaborative and growth-oriented team environment.
Agile Development: Participate in Agile sprints, ensuring timely delivery of high-quality solutions. Contribute to sprint planning, stand-ups, and retrospectives.
Problem Solving: Identify performance bottlenecks, troubleshoot issues, and find innovative solutions to enhance user experience and system performance.
Continuous Improvement: Stay up to date with the latest technology trends and tools, continuously enhancing your skills and the team's development process.
