React Developer

Description

We are seeking a highly skilled React Developer with 5-10 years of experience to join our team. As a React Developer, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining web applications using ReactJS and other related technologies. The ideal candidate should possess a strong understanding of web development principles, experience working in an Agile environment, and the ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Developing new user-facing features using ReactJS
• Building reusable components and front-end libraries for future use
• Translating designs and wireframes into high-quality code
• Optimizing components for maximum performance across a vast array of web-capable devices and browsers
• Collaborating with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features
• Unit testing code for robustness, including edge cases, usability, and general reliability
• Continuously discovering, evaluating, and implementing new technologies to maximize development efficiency

Skills and Qualifications

• 5-10 years of experience in developing web applications using ReactJS
• Strong proficiency in JavaScript, including DOM manipulation and the JavaScript object model
• Expertise in HTML and CSS, including CSS preprocessors such as Sass or Less
• Experience with popular ReactJS workflows such as Flux or Redux
• Familiarity with RESTful APIs
• Experience with common front-end development tools such as Babel, Webpack, NPM, etc.
• Knowledge of modern authorization mechanisms, such as JSON Web Token (JWT)
• Experience with common back-end languages such as NodeJS or PHP
• Familiarity with code versioning tools such as Git
• Experience working in an Agile/Scrum development process
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science or a related field.
