Job Purpose. We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven RMB Institution Sales to lead our efforts in expanding product presence within government, semi-government, and PSU hospitals and institutions. The role involves engaging with key decision-makers, securing product inclusion in formularies, managing tenders and rate inquiries, and ensuring comprehensive market coverage. The ideal candidate will build strong relationships with key customers, oversee distributor management, and achieve sales targets while ensuring timely payment collections.
Job Responsibilities. Meet all key customerscmd, cms, hod, purchase committee members, chief pharmacist of hospitals / institutions. To include our products in the respective formulary. To know the competitors and last purchase rates.
To generate rate inquiries and tenders. To attend rate inquiries, and tenders successfully and follow up for orders & execution. Ensure 100% coverage of all the government ( central and state government), semi-government, PSU hospitals & institutions. Make presence of our company products in each institution.
Develop personnel rapport with each key customer. Handling of institutional distributors. Follow up of o/s payments and emd. To achieve the assigned sales budget.
Job Requirement. Experience 7 to 10 years of experience in the above role in a Pharmaceuticals Industry. Qualification Science/Pharma Graduate/Post Graduate. Show more Show less
