Duties & Responsibilities
Implement & monitor the company's strategy and quality objectives
Achieve, monitor & review sales target of the team: Volume, product, & group-wise
Field training, monitoring & asses the job training to the team, being a coach and mentor to the team
Development & maintenance of a productive and long-lasting business relationship with all major accounts
Appointment of channel partners; Assess & review the performance of channel partners periodically
Maintenance of product inventory with the channel partners
Receivable & Statutory document collection from C&F's and others within the stipulated time
Maintenance of healthy, clean business relationship with channel partners
Helping Regional Business Manager and Marketing team to develop sales & promotional strategies
Helping Marketing team to provide input to research & development of new/existing products
Competitor information to be gathered and passed to HO
Controls expenses to meet budget guidelines.
Adheres to all company policies, procedures, and business ethics codes and ensures that they are communicated and implemented within the team
