Responsibilities

• Coordinate with airlines and ground handling agents to ensure timely arrival and departure of flights.
• Supervise the loading and unloading of luggage and cargo from aircrafts.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and procedures during ramp operations.
• Monitor and report any equipment malfunctions or damages to maintenance team.
• Maintain accurate records of all ramp activities and report any incidents or accidents.
• Provide exceptional customer service to passengers, addressing any concerns or issues during the boarding and deplaning process.

Skills and Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Aviation Management or any related field.
• 0-1 years of experience in ramp operations or any related field.
• In-depth knowledge of aviation safety regulations and procedures.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other relevant software applications.
