We are looking for an experienced Railway Trackmen to join our team in Romania. The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining and repairing railway tracks, ensuring the safety and efficiency of train operations.

Responsibilities

• Inspecting railway tracks for damage or wear
• Replacing or repairing damaged tracks, ties, and other components
• Installing new tracks and maintaining existing ones
• Using hand tools and heavy equipment such as cranes and track machines
• Working outdoors in all weather conditions
• Following safety procedures and regulations
• Keeping records of maintenance and repairs

Skills and Qualifications

• 5-10 years of experience as a Railway Trackmen
• Knowledge of railway track maintenance and repair techniques
• Experience using hand tools and heavy equipment
• Ability to work outdoors in all weather conditions
• Physical fitness and strength
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Valid driver's license
