We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Railway track maintenance Team leader to join our organization. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading a team of technicians and ensuring the safe and efficient maintenance of railway tracks. The role requires a deep understanding of railway track systems, safety regulations, and industry best practices.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team of technicians in the maintenance and repair of railway tracks
• Develop and implement maintenance schedules and plans
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and industry standards
• Train and mentor team members to improve their skills and knowledge
• Coordinate with other departments and stakeholders to ensure timely and efficient maintenance

Skills and Qualifications

• 5-10 years of experience in railway track maintenance
• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field
