Position Overview: We are seeking a skilled and experienced Radiator Technician to join our team in Dubai. The ideal candidate will have expertise in the manufacture, repair, and maintenance of radiators, heat exchangers, condensers, oil coolers, brakes, and clutches. This position requires a hands-on approach to ensure the highest quality standards in all repair and maintenance activities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform repair and maintenance on radiators, heat exchangers, condensers, oil coolers, brakes, and clutches.
- Diagnose and troubleshoot issues with radiators and related components.
- Conduct inspections and tests on radiators and heat exchangers to ensure optimal performance.
- Fabricate and manufacture radiator parts as needed.
- Use specialized tools and equipment to perform repairs and maintenance.
- Maintain accurate records of all work performed, including parts used and hours worked.
- Follow safety procedures and guidelines to ensure a safe working environment.
- Collaborate with other technicians and team members to achieve project goals.
- Provide excellent customer service and support to clients.
- Stay updated with the latest industry standards and best practices in radiator repair and maintenance.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent; technical certification or diploma in a related field is preferred.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Radiator Technician.
- Proficient in the repair and maintenance of radiators, heat exchangers, condensers, oil coolers, brakes, and clutches.
- Strong diagnostic and troubleshooting skills.
- Ability to use specialized tools and equipment for radiator repair.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational abilities.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Fluency in English; knowledge of other languages is an advantage.
