Your role and responsibilities
In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring process quality for Measurement and Analytics products and software solutions. Your responsibilities include both defining and facilitating teams in ensuring industry best processes are being followed for product development.
The work model for the role is onsite
This role is contributing to the Measurement and Analytics division of Process Automation business area.
You will be mainly accountable for:
- Driving cost improvement programs and ensuring teams productivity is improved.
- Working with project managers in streamlining various operational activities.
- Supporting team in managing Azure DevOps and SharePoint tools for project activities.
- Having end to end responsibility of maintain process compliance and ensure better quality products are released.
- Identifying operational gaps in project execution and improving operational efficiencies.
Qualifications For The Role
- 7-9 years of working experience in Quality Assurance role.
- Proficient in defining and facilitating processes with various industry standard like ISO 9001:2015, CMMi, IEC 62443-4-1.
- Proficient in developing quality plan, defining metrics & KPIs, defining RACI and Tailoring.
- Knowledge on usage of Azure DevOps and Microsoft 365 apps like SharePoint, List, Power BI, Power Automate, Planner etc.,
- Experience in development of Power BI, Power Automate, Excel macros.
- Bachelors/masters in engineering or science subjects
- Proficient in planning and performing audits and providing support in closing process gaps and guiding teams for various external certifications like ISO 9001:2015, BCMS, IEC 62443-4-1.
