Role Description
This is a full-time hybrid role for an R&D Manager at Electro Equipments. The R&D Manager will be responsible for leading research and development projects, managing research teams, overseeing project timelines, and providing leadership to the team. The role is primarily located in Roorkee with the flexibility for some remote work.
Qualifications

- Team Management and Team Leadership skills
- Excellent organizational and analytical abilities
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Experience in the manufacturing industry is a plus
- Bachelors or Masters degree in Engineering or related field
