About the Role:
We are seeking talented individuals to join our Research & Development team in the manufacturing sector, specifically focusing on exterior design. This role offers an opportunity to contribute to innovative projects and advancements in automotive exterior components.
Key Responsibilities:
- Research: Conduct research and analysis on automotive exterior components, exploring new materials, designs, and technologies.
- Design Development: Assist in the development and refinement of exterior design concepts, considering aesthetics, functionality, and manufacturing feasibility.
- Prototyping: Collaborate with engineers and designers to create prototypes and mock-ups of exterior components for testing and evaluation.
- Documentation: Prepare technical documentation, including design specifications, test plans, and reports, to support R&D activities.
- Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including engineering, manufacturing, and quality assurance, to ensure alignment and successful implementation of design concepts.
- Market Analysis: Support market analysis and competitive benchmarking activities related to automotive exterior design trends and innovations.
- Qualifications:
- Educational Background: MBA, B.Tech/B.E, M.Sc, B.Sc, or equivalent qualification with a focus on engineering, design, or related field.
- Experience: Freshers are encouraged to apply; however, any relevant internship or academic projects related to automotive design would be beneficial.
