Job Description

Oversee laboratorybased product work from inception to writeup adhering to projectspecific KPIs and benchmarks
Cultivate your expertise within certain product portfolios technologies applying this knowledge to daily responsibilities
Drive the enhancement of R D laboratory procedures and best practises including documentation and reporting
Align your tasks with business priorities under the direction of your line manager
Suggest and implement minor improvements to established techniques systems or processes to optimise performance
The experience were looking for
A solid scientific foundation either through a degree in a related field or experience in formulation and scientific operations
An innate ability to collaborate with multidisciplinary teams coupled with the drive to succeed independently
Exceptional problemsolving capabilities with a proficiency in data analysis and technical issue resolution
Business and commercial awareness paired with the curiosity to understand consumer insights
Adaptability to technological advancements and a forwardthinking mindset that challenges existing paradigms for continuous innovation
