Your role and responsibilities
Working with methodologies like Acceptance Test Driven Development using BDD
Analyzing feature requirements from business, replicating customer reported issues and arranging test environment to execute the test cases
Analyzing, defining, and executing test cases (manual or automated) and reporting bugs or errors to development teams
Preparing test reports and defect tracking. Communicating with stakeholders, product owner and local division
Working with cross-functional teams to ensure quality throughout the software development lifecycle, ensuring quality in delivery of Desktop/Web application hosted on Azure
Working in an agile software development process with international teams
Qualifications For The Role
- BE/ B. Tech/ME/M. Tech in Computer Science / Electronics and Electrical / Power electronics / Instrumentation or a related field from reputed institution
- Minimum 4 to 8 years in Manual & Automation Testing
- Experience with API & Performance Testing and excellent knowledge on Manual testing concepts
- Good Programming skills of C#, Python used in Test Framework like Selenium and Robot Framework
- Knowledge on Test case Management tools (e.g., TestRail, DevOps) and on Defect Tracking Tools. (e.g., JIRA, Bugzilla etc.)
- Understanding of Test Automation for Desktop & Web based tools
