Job Overview
Ray Life Sciences Pvt. Ltd. is seeking a highly motivated and dedicated individual to join our team as an R&D Chemist. As a Fresher with less than 1 year of experience, you will have the opportunity to develop your skills and knowledge in the field of pharmaceutical research and development. This is a full-time position based in Bangalore Urban, Karnataka, India.
Qualifications and Skills
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Pharmacy, Chemistry, or a related field
- Strong knowledge of pharmaceutical research and development processes
- Familiarity with analytical techniques and instruments used in pharmaceutical analysis
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work both independently and in a team environment
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Attention to detail and ability to follow protocols and procedures
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other relevant software
Roles and Responsibilities
- Conduct research and development activities to support the development of new pharmaceutical products
- Perform laboratory experiments and tests, following standard operating procedures and safety guidelines
- Analyze and interpret data, and prepare technical reports and presentations
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to solve technical challenges and optimize product formulations
- Stay up-to-date with the latest advancements in pharmaceutical research and development
- Contribute to the development and improvement of laboratory techniques and processes
- Maintain accurate and organized records of experimental procedures, results, and observations
- Assist in the preparation and review of regulatory documentation
