Job Description

As an Associate / Assistant in Maintenance & Expansion youll merge your scientific skills with technical know-how and work collaboratively across functions to expand your expertise. Your responsibilities

- Lead projects to ensure launches are on time, within budget, and meet defined success criteria.
- Perform or oversee technical tasks to uphold the highest standards in our dynamic R & D environment.
- Guide assistants or technicians to help them develop, reflecting your evolving leadership journey.
- Communicate efficiently with supervisors and cross-functional teams, keeping everyone informed and aligned.
- Build and share your technical expertise in our product portfolio, embracing Reckitts innovative spirit and operating models.

- Solid background in R & D, or related areas like Regulatory, Safety, Quality, or Supply.
- Demonstrated ability to collaborate on projects and a history of successfully meeting delivery targets.
