R&D Local Unit Lead
You will be working for the product engineering team and a part of the drives product within motion business area in Bangalore , India. In this role you will be reporting to R&D Team lead and will be responsible for the product quality and resolving the customer cases. Work model: on site #LI-onsite This role belongs to Motion Business for Drive products division, based in Peenya- Bangalore, India. Main Accountabilities: . In depth Analysis of the PCB component and understand the root cause . Ownership of the product quality on local and global products . Driving the product engineering changes of the products assigned to the local unit in a global context. . Fostering a global collaboration with other PE units in MODP . Fast customer case resolution for the active life cycle products with coordination and discussion with service and technical support . Ensure smooth operation of the production tester in contest to equipment and software. . Production line Bill of material update with product changes either locally or global. . Support to supply chain management for the material localization with global concurrence. . HSE responsibility for areas under own control.
