Coordinate all the required tasks needed to respond to new RFQ
rganize meetings in order to manage kickoff BOM Process Costing software Smartquote dashboard etc
When necessary manage costing reviews meeting with the plants and appropriate departments Logistic BU purchasing in order to converge toward realistic optimized cost
Attend creativity meetings costoptimisation meetings technical optimisation meetings and performance meetings if necessary
Define and distribute the current costing plan in line with the technical teams
Manage the construction and the release of the costing scenarios in Smartquote
2 Ensure the robustness of the costing
Analyze the cost
Check the data collected by the various functions
Ensure that costing regulations are followed
Ensure that the costing data are implemented in Smartquote according to the rules
Check that the cost is in line with the plants and support functions in order to ensure that the proposal is both optimum and realistic
Challenge each of the functions involved in costing
Take into account the lesson s learned of previous project and when necessary create lesson s learned card
3 Be the financial support for business development to obtain new markets
Ensure that the sales prices are recorded by the Business Developer in accordance to the rule
Check the validity of the data presented at bid reviews
Share hypotheses and update the proposal according to the comments or objectives defined by Management
Check the coherence between the offer submitted and our internal proposal
Lead the transfer meeting to the project team as soon as they are assigned to the project
