Quarry Supervisor

We are seeking an experienced and dedicated Quarry Supervisor to join our team at our quarry factory in Bangalore, preferring from north or south. The successful candidate will oversee daily operations, ensure safety standards are met, and manage a team of workers.

Responsibilities:

• Supervise quarry operations to meet production targets.
• Ensure compliance with safety and environmental regulations.
• Conduct regular inspections and maintenance of equipment.
• Coordinate with management to optimize production efficiency.

Qualifications:

• Proven 1 or 2 years of experience as a supervisor in a quarry or similar environment.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Knowledge of safety regulations and quarry operations.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
