Responsibilities
Lead ICs in Quantum Projects: Guide individual contributors working on quantum computing tasks, experiments, and data analysis.
Monitor and Optimize Quantum Systems: Oversee the performance of quantum technologies and troubleshoot issues.
Research-Oriented Leadership: Lead projects that align with your research interests, driving innovation in the quantum field.
Community Engagement: Actively participate in the quantum community at Silicofeller, sharing insights and collaborating with other experts.
Mentorship and Training: Mentor ICs, helping them develop skills and grow their knowledge in quantum computing.
Requirements
Enrollment in a PhD Program: Currently pursuing a PhD in Quantum Computing, Physics, Electrical Engineering, or a related field.
Experience in Quantum Theory: Strong understanding of quantum mechanics, quantum algorithms, or quantum hardware, with leadership potential.
Technical Skills: Familiarity with programming languages used in quantum computing (e.g., Python, Qiskit, Cirq).
Leadership Skills: Ability to lead and guide a team of individual contributors.
Passion for Research: Motivated to leverage quantum computing resources to advance personal and community research.
