An Interior Quantity Surveyor is responsible for managing and controlling the costs of
interior projects, ensuring that they are completed within budget and to the required quality
standards. They play a crucial role in the planning, procurement, and delivery of interior
projects, working closely with architects, designers, contractors, and clients.
- Cost Management:
- Prepare and manage project budgets, cost plans, and cash flows
- Conduct feasibility studies and cost-benefit analyses
- Identify and mitigate potential cost risks
- Quantity Surveying:
- Measure and quantify materials, labor, and equipment required for projects
- Prepare and manage bills of quantities, specifications, and tender documents
- Analyse and compare tender submissions
- Collaboration and Communication:
- Work closely with architects, designers, contractors, and clients
- Provide cost advice and guidance to project teams
- Communicate project costs, progress, and issues to stakeholders

- Qualifications:
- B tech- Civil, BSc. Interior Designing, Degree in Quantity Surveying, Diploma in Civil
Engg2. Experience:
- Minimum 2-4 years of experience in interior quantity surveying
- Proven track record in managing project costs and delivering results
- Skills:
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
- Proficient in MS Office, Excel, and project management software
