Job Description

ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES Quantity Surveyor (Civil/ MEP)

  • Responsible on taking quantities for Pre- tender & Post Tender as per the requirements.
  • Prepare variations and re-measurements as per the guidelines provided.
  • Preparing of BOQ, Reconciliation reports etc., on timely basis as per the requirements.
  • Preparation of Rate Analysis as per the Company Standards and guidelines.
  • Preparation of Item wise quantity calculation as per the Company requirements (Axpert).
  • To check Sub- contractors measurements, if necessary.
  • Discuss the Task received with the QS Co-ordinator and if necessary Co-ordinate with Pre- tender & Post Tender QS- Muscat HO.
  • Prepare daily report and send to QS Co-ordinator and Muscat HO on daily basis.
  • Update online DPR
