Title: Quantitative UX Researcher

Must Haves:
- SQL Expertise: Proficient in SQL for data extraction and manipulation.
- Experience: 3-5 years in quantitative UX research.
- Tableau: Strong skills in Tableau for data visualization.
- Data Visualization & Storytelling: Demonstrated ability to tell compelling stories using data and make actionable recommendations.
- Portfolio: Showcase individual contributions using large datasets to identify common themes and provide recommendations.
Basic understanding of ServiceNow would be great!
Day-to-Day Responsibilities:
- Gain context of the data environment and work closely with the data science team.
- Analyze ServiceNow data and catalog data deficits.
- Identify opportunities to track additional information.
- Within 3 weeks to a month, provide a POV on how your expertise can be leveraged.
- Ensure data accuracy and cleanliness.
- Generate experience reports.
- Collaborate with Monet (primary partner), Data Science team, and service managers.
- Analyze and interpret service desk data in detail.
