Roles & Responsibilitie

• s:Main responsibilities would involve ensuring that the VRMs calls are at highest level of quali
• tyDevelop and implement quality framework and process Responsible for creating set of policies and procedures to ensure the quality of calls is maintained as per organisational objectiv
• esMonitor and measure quality - This would involve collaborating with team member
• s.Conducting audits , analysing calls basis parameters defined , providing regular feedbacks
• .Conducting call calibration and monitoring improvements (Calls/SMS/Emai
• l)Manage quality related issues In case of any complaint or miss selling or service issues , he/she would be responsible for investing the root cause and developing solutions to address it and ensuring it does not repea
• t.Ensure Compliance with Regulatory requirements- ensure team is updated about all compliance related updates and no compliance related breach happens on calls
• .Ensure no mis selling and wrong information is shared on calls to distributors or investor
• s.Provide training support Calibrate with training and periodically provide training requirements RM wise and process wi
• seCollaborate with cross-functional teams to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions as need
