- Quality Surveyor:Responsible for managing all aspects of contractual and financial side of construction projects.
- Costing & Pricing: In charge of estimating the costs of a planned project in terms of labor, materials, and time. Also responsible for setting pricing strategies. Must have experience in commercial Fit out
- Vendor Management:Handles relationship with suppliers & vendors, ensuring timely delivery of materials and services.
- Tendering:Manages the processes of creating and submitting proposals for tenders.
- Rate Analysis: Analyses rates for materials & labor to ensure project costs are optimized.
Requirements-
Diploma in Civil Engineering, B Tech, or Bachelors in Interior Design.
Must have experience in commercial Fit out
Should have 2-3 years of relevant experience in interiors.
