Any Other (Certification / Diploma etc.): Diploma in Mechanical Engineering/ Industrial engineering/ Automobile engineering
Job Responsibilities
- Understanding customer demands and expectations of products and services
- Root cause analysis of inhouse & field failures and recommending solutions for quality issues e.g. PDCA, 5 why analysis, Kaizen
- Reporting on the quality of products throughout all phases of production
- New model development and ECN handling
- Quality risk acessment i.e. PFMEA & Change part management
- Preparation of internal quality standards DQM, MOS, WIS
- Conducting inhouse process audits and taking actions for making process robust
- Coordination with supporting departments for making quality product
- Calibration of measuring equipment's as per the required frequency
- Staying up to date with new quality control techniques and methods
- Process & Product audit. Competencies / Skills Functional/Technical:
- Sound knowledge of engine assembly process and engine testing processes.
- Systematic approach for problem solving using adequate tools and techniques QC tools, 5 why analysis, FMEA.
- Strong analytical assessment with looking in different aspects and functionalities
- Preparation of quality reports & charts.
- Hands on experience of engine assembly and testing equipment's
- Statistical analysis for different set of data available and optimizing control parameters
- Knowledge and understanding of engineering drawing
- Calibrations of Nut runners, Limit wrench & measuring equipment.
