Quality Supervisor

Description

We are looking for a detail-oriented Quality Supervisor to join our team. The ideal candidate should have 0-1 years of experience in quality control or assurance. As a Quality Supervisor, you will be responsible for ensuring that our products and services meet the highest quality standards.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement quality control procedures and guidelines
• Monitor and evaluate production processes to ensure compliance with quality standards
• Identify and report any quality-related issues to the management team
• Collaborate with other departments to improve quality and productivity
• Train and educate staff on quality control procedures and best practices
• Analyze data and generate reports to track quality performance
• Maintain accurate and detailed records of quality control activities

Skills and Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Quality Assurance or related field
• 0-1 years of experience in quality control or assurance
• Familiarity with ISO standards and quality management systems
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and other quality control software
