Job Title: Quality Supervisor - Assembly
Job Role
- Should have experience of working in manufacturing quality.
- Knowledge of vehicle manufacturing processes like Weld, Paint & assembly are desired.
Reporting To: Shift Incharge
Educational Qualification: Diploma in Mechanical/Automobile Engineering.
Work Experience (Years) in treasury activities: 3 to 9 Years
Job Responsibilities
- Lead quality operation in defined shift.
- Resolution of Defects using Problem solving tools
- Drive containment actions along with other stakeholders.
- Validate and monitor the countermeasure and provide correct feedback to stakeholders.
- Handling voice of customer and resolution of problem at earliest.
- Organising daily quality review meeting.
- Preparation of weekly & monthly reports for management reporting.
Competencies / Skills
- Hand on Experience of MS Excel and power point.
- Experience of quality abnormality Handling
- Experience of Vehicle Inspection & Manufacturing Process of 4 Wheeler Industry
- ISO 9001-2015 System & procedure Knowledge
- Planning and Problem solving Skills
- Co-ordination and communication with other stake holders
- Can read engineering drawings.
