Roles & Responsibilities :-
- To perform and adhere to the implementation of all QC standards in production production of Machine producing PET preforms.
- Ensure Material Quality checking and compliance with quality parameters.
- Ensure compliance of finished product with the quality requirements.
- Follow and adhere to established procedures and guidelines related to quality control.
- Perform all duties necessary to facilitate the quality production of injection molded plastic preforms.
- Perform various quality checks at regular intervals including: dimensional, appearance, burst, and torque tests and correct non-conformances.
- Interpret part drawings and quality plans/standards.
- Verify the documentation/test report and relevant documents of all tests conducted.
- Filing, compilation and documentation of the quality batch records.
- Provides immediate feedback to production line and immediate leadership on all quality related problems.
- Generate necessary documentation such as: scrap processing, inventory, finished goods receipts and transfer tickets.
- Preparation of inspection and test plan.
- Documentation of testing process and reports.
- Other duties related to Quality & Production department as assigned by the reporting manager.
Desired Candidate Profile :-
- Required 4-5 Years of experience in Quality area especially from Pet industry.
- Should be CIPET as per education.
- Able to handle 2-3 employees team.
