Description
We are seeking a highly skilled Quality Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate should have 5-10 years of experience in a similar role in the Indian job market. The Quality Manager will be responsible for ensuring that our products and services meet the highest quality standards, and that our processes are optimized for efficiency and effectiveness.
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement quality control processes and procedures
- Monitor production and service delivery to ensure compliance with quality standards
- Identify areas for improvement and develop strategies to address them
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address quality issues and drive continuous improvement
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards
- Lead and mentor quality assurance teams
Skills and Qualifications
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering or a related field
- 5-10 years of experience in quality management
- Experience in a manufacturing or service industry
- In-depth knowledge of quality control processes and procedures
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Leadership and team management skills
- Certification in quality management (e.g. Six Sigma, ISO 9001) is preferred
