Description
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Quality Manager with NABH and NABL certification to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring that our organization consistently meets the highest standards of quality and compliance with applicable regulations. The role requires excellent communication and leadership skills, as well as a solid understanding of quality management principles and practices.
Responsibilities
- Develop, implement and maintain a quality management system that meets NABH and NABL standards
- Conduct regular audits to identify and address areas of non-compliance
- Ensure that all employees are trained and adhere to quality management procedures and policies
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions
- Track and report on quality metrics to senior management
- Ensure that all necessary documentation is in place and up-to-date
- Stay up-to-date with changes in regulations and standards related to quality management
Skills and Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, such as healthcare or life sciences
- 1-5 years of experience in quality management, with a focus on NABH and NABL certification
- Strong understanding of quality management principles and practices
- Excellent communication and leadership skills
- Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Experience conducting audits and implementing corrective actions
- Familiarity with applicable regulations and standards related to quality management
- Certification in NABH and NABL is required
