Quality Manager

Description

We are looking for a highly motivated Quality Manager with 3-6 years of experience in the Indian job market. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring that our products and services meet the highest standards of quality and customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities

DevelopingFSMS Manual, HACCP Manual, SOP Manual, Policies & other documentsrelated to ISO.

Validation & verification ofCCP & OPRP.

PerformingInternal Auditon daily basis & determining gaps related to food safety.

PreparingMIS Report.

Providing Training related toGMP, GHP, GLP, Food safety, FSMS, 5-S, Customer Complaint awareness, SOPs, Policiesetc.

Customer Complaint Handling, performingroot cause analysis & Preparing CAPA.

DevelopingQualityrelated Checklists, Formats & Documents.

Checking & Verification of allqualityrelated documents.

Performing backward & Forward Traceability periodically also conducting RNR periodically down the group.

Ensure properimplantation & following of 5-S, Food safety, SOPs, GMP, GHP etc in Plant.

Standardization & Calibrationof all LAB chemicals & instruments.

Guiding my teamrelated to GLP, way of working, emergency situations, accidents, chemical analysis, documentation etc.

Preparing stock solutionsfor chemical analysis purpose.

Skills and Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field
• 3-6 years of experience in quality management
• Strong understanding of quality control processes and procedures
• Experience in leading quality improvement initiatives
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to analyze data and identify trends
• Strong attention to detail
• Certification in Quality Management is a plus
