Experience Level 12 to 15 years
Location: Bengaluru
A Quality Manager is will be responsible to ensure that all products within a company meet consistent standards. He would develop and implement quality assurance and quality control process and would help the senior management in implementing the same.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and Document Quality Manuals
- Conduct audits with the engineering team vis--vis Quality Manuals
- Train engineering team on quality procedures and manuals
- Collect in-process data from systems used by engineering teams
- Create Dashboards and present to senior management
- Analyze in-process data and highlight outliers, suggest corrective actions
- Interface with External Audit teams
- Suggest process improvements and drive there implementation
Requirements and Skills:
- Certified ISO and CMMI Auditor
- Proven experience as a quality manager.
- In-depth understanding of quality control procedures and relevant legal standards.
- Ability to develop automation scripts to collect and collate data from multiple sources to create reports for management
- Excellent analytical skills to analyze the data and predict the outcome based on available information
- Proficient in MS Office.

- A keen eye for detail and a results-driven approach.
- Outstanding communication skills.
- Excellent organizational and leadership skills.
Education:
(B.E/B.Tech) or (M.E./M.Tech.) in Computer-Science/Electronics/Communication Engineering or equivalent education
