We are seeking an experienced Quality Head to lead our Foundry Division in Faridabad. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in quality management, IATF documentation, and foundry processes, including melting, moulding, and spectro lab operations. The Quality Head will be responsible for ensuring the highest quality standards, implementing quality control measures, and driving continuous improvement initiatives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement quality management systems, procedures, and standards.
- Lead and manage the quality team, providing guidance and training.
- Conduct internal audits, ensure IATF compliance, and maintain documentation.
- Oversee the melting, moulding, and spectro lab processes, ensuring quality and efficiency.
- Collaborate with production, maintenance, and engineering teams to resolve quality issues.
- Analyze quality data, identify areas for improvement, and implement corrective actions.
- Develop and manage quality metrics, reports, and dashboards.
- Ensure compliance with industry standards, regulations, and customer requirements.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives, such as lean manufacturing, Six Sigma, and Kaizen.
- Manage and maintain quality certifications, such as IATF 16949.
Requirements:
- 10+ years of experience in the foundry industry, with a focus on quality management.
- Strong knowledge of IATF documentation, quality management systems, and foundry processes.
- Experience in melting, moulding, and spectro lab operations.
- Proven leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent communication, problem-solving, and analytical skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with multiple priorities and deadlines.
- Strong knowledge of industry standards, regulations, and customer requirements.
Education:
- Bachelor's degree in Metallurgy, Materials Science, or a related field.
- Master's degree in Quality Management or a related field (preferred).
Certifications:
- IATF 16949 Lead Auditor certification (preferred).
- Six Sigma Black Belt certification (preferred).
Knowledge of customer audit also required
