Quality Head

Description

We are looking for a Quality Head with 20-30 years of experience to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring that our products and services meet the highest quality standards.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement quality control processes and procedures
• Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of quality systems
• Analyze data to identify areas for improvement in quality
• Collaborate with other departments to resolve quality-related issues
• Conduct audits to ensure compliance with quality standards
• Train and mentor quality assurance staff

Skills and Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field
• 20-30 years of experience in quality assurance
• In-depth knowledge of quality control processes and procedures
• Experience in developing and implementing quality systems
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work collaboratively with other departments
• Certification in quality management (e.g. Six Sigma, ISO)
