Job Description:-
We are looking for Head - Quality (Technical Plant) to be based at Jaipur for our client engage in Agrochemical. The ideal will be handle entire functions of Quality including Quality Control, Quality Assurance, Laboratories Management, Audit Management etc. This is a full-time position based in Jaipur, offering a competitive salary range.
Role & Responsibilities:-
- Develop and maintain quality assurance procedures, protocols, and documentation to ensure adherence to industry regulations.
- Provide actionable insights to management for continuous improvement of manufacturing processes and product quality.
- Assist in the preparation for external audits by regulatory agencies and customers, providing necessary documentation and support.
- Stay current with industry trends, regulatory changes, and best practices to continually enhance the quality control and assurance processes.
- Collaborate with relevant departments to implement solutions and prevent recurrence of quality deviations.
- Generate comprehensive reports detailing test outcomes, deviations, and corrective actions taken.
- Perform thorough inspection and testing of raw materials, components, and finished products to ensure they meet predetermined specifications and quality standards.
- Conduct in-process quality checks during manufacturing to identify and address deviations from established standards.
- Participate in the development and review of Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) related to quality control and assurance processes.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including production, R&D, and regulatory affairs, to establish and maintain quality improvement initiatives.
- Compile and analyze test results, identifying trends, discrepancies, and potential areas for improvement.
- Conduct internal audits and quality reviews to ensure adherence to established quality standards and procedures.
- Investigate and resolve quality-related issues, conducting root cause analyses and implementing corrective and preventive actions (CAPAs) as needed.
- Provide training to manufacturing personnel on quality control processes, equipment operation, and relevant quality guidelines.
Desired Candidate Profile:-
- Strong understanding of industry best practices related to agro chemical manufacturing especially in Technical products.
- Prior experience in quality control/quality assurance within the chemical manufacturing industry is preferred.
- The ideal must be M.Sc. (Chemistry) / B. Tech / M. Tech. (Chemical Engineering) shall be preferred.
- Effective communication and teamwork skills to collaborate across departments and present findings.
- Proficiency in using various laboratory equipment and techniques.
- Excellent attention to detail, organizational skills, and the ability to work accurately in a fast-paced environment.
- Problem-solving skills and the ability to conduct thorough root cause analyses.
