Job Description

Online quality control of all material grades blown films(BFL).
Online quality control of solventless & solvent base flexible lamination.
Online quality control of printing, slitting & flexible pouching process.
Online quality control of injection molded components.
Maintaining records at all quality control stages like receiving, inprocess & final inspection.
Understand customer standard requirements & specifications.

Skills:

Sound knowledge about handling of quality equipments like -UTM, opacity tester, Core compressive tester, corrugated sheet burst tester, FDI, OD Tester,COF tester,MFI tester,scuff tester,heat sealer,thickness tester,pouch leak tester,pouch compression tester,puncture resistance tester,tear tester,gelbo flex tester,pantone booth,dyne solution preparation,etc.
Knowledge about flexible packaging raw materials,packing material & their quality control.
Well known about GMP & 5S. Knowledge of basic ISO documents.
