Solid knowledge and hands-on experience with quality control practices specifically within the chemical or detergent manufacturing industry.
- Proficient in chemical analysis techniques and the utilization of laboratory instruments to ensure product quality and consistency.
Strong understanding of regulatory compliance requirements and ability to ensure all products meet industry standards and regulations.- Exceptional problem-solving skills with the ability to identify, analyze, and address quality issues effectively and efficiently.
High attention to detail to catch even the smallest discrepancies in product quality or lab processes, ensuring thorough accuracy in results.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, to report findings, present data, and collaborate with other departments.
Proven ability in data analysis and interpretation to monitor trends, identify patterns, and suggest process improvements based on laboratory results.- Experience in process improvement methodologies to enhance lab operations and maintain high standards of quality on an ongoing basis.
- Roles and Responsibilities
Conduct routine and special lab tests on detergent products to verify their quality and consistency.- Maintain accurate records of all lab tests, findings, and any actions taken to address quality issues.
Ensure that all products meet regulatory standards and internal quality guidelines before they are released to the market.
- Identify any deviations from standard quality procedures and take corrective action as necessary.
Collaborate with production and R&D teams to address quality issues and implement effective solutions.- Analyze data from lab tests to identify trends and areas for improvement in the product formulation and manufacturing process.
Develop and implement new quality control procedures to enhance product quality and operational efficiency.
- Prepare detailed reports on lab findings and communicate results to relevant stakeholders within the company.
